  In response to Laura Charlesworth's review about our appalling customer service. Laura was contacted the day before her booking to confirm that we would be arriving in the morning. After contact was received she was politely asked if we could collect the car at 6.30 AM to ensure efficient service. Subsequently after further correspondence it seemed we could not conclude the business. Being the owner of this establishment I am rather upset that a customer could conclude that asking to be early is poor service and therefore cancelling their booking.
  
  I am more than happy to converse with Laura again and try to redeem this situation. Again my apologies Edward
